Who are we?

Phone Style is located at Picassopassage 1, 2907 ME Capelle aan den IJssel. Phone Style is responsible for the processing described below. For privacy questions and requests, contact info@phonestyle.nl or 06 1000 4848.

Orders and contact

We process your name, contact details, billing and delivery address, order information, payment status and messages insofar as needed to answer questions and fulfil orders. We do so to prepare or perform our agreement. We retain necessary administrative records to meet legal obligations. Phone Style handles its own administration and does not send newsletters.

Payments

Online payments are processed through Mollie. Mollie receives the information needed for the selected payment method. We receive the payment status to handle your order or refund. Mollie is independently responsible for its own payment services. Further information: https://www.mollie.com/nl/legal/privacy.

Repairs

For repairs, we process contact details, device information, the reported problem and repair instructions. Limited access to your device may be necessary for work and testing. We discuss this with you and use that access only for the repair agreement.

Within Phone Style, only the owner has access to customer information and device codes. Recorded device codes, any temporary repair copies, and customer emails or information needed solely to perform the repair are deleted after completion. Information still needed for administration or a specific dispute is retained for as long as necessary for that purpose. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information; discuss how to supply a device code with us.

Passport photos and RDW

For the photo service, we process your photo and the information needed for the agreed service. We use ID Photos Pro. Phone Style retains passport photos for one month after they are taken and then deletes them. Pasfotopoint can view the photos remotely to check quantities for billing. Pasfotopoint does not retain photos or copies itself.

For digital submission to RDW, we use software from Pasfoto-organisatie.nl BV. It securely sends the passport photo, digital signature and necessary application information to RDW. Phone Style does not retain a copy of the digital signature. We inform you before submission and ask for the required confirmation. RDW processes the information it receives for the driving licence application under its own responsibility.

The stated period for processing on behalf of clients is a maximum of four weeks unless otherwise agreed; this is not a general retention period for all information held by Phone Style or RDW.

Website and cookie preferences

Necessary cookies and similar storage keep the shopping cart and checkout working and remember your cookie choice. Our facility stores your choice locally in your browser under ps_cookie_consent for a maximum of 180 days. It records the version, your statistics choice and the time.

We use WooCommerce source attribution only with your consent. This records information including visit source, referring page, campaign information, session details and browser information. It helps us understand which source led to an order. This uses sbjs_ cookies. In this integration, attribution information is retained during the browser session; sbjs_session has a session duration of 30 minutes. When an order is placed, attribution information may become part of the order information. Browser settings may restore sessions.

You can accept or reject optional cookies and change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. The shop remains available if you reject cookies. When you withdraw consent, we remove the attribution cookies managed by this facility; this does not automatically delete previously stored orders.

Phone Style uses Google Ads to display advertisements. Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel are not yet connected through the theme in this version. For future additions, we update the information and consent choices before enabling that tracking.

Service providers

STRATO provides our hosting and email. Necessary information may also be processed by Mollie, the carrier for your order and the photo service providers named above. We do not share more information than necessary for the service concerned or a legal obligation. Appropriate processing arrangements must apply to parties processing information on our behalf. Parties acting as independent controllers provide information about their own processing.

STRATO’s privacy information is available at https://www.strato.nl/privacybeleid/. STRATO states a maximum retention period of seven days for IP addresses in security logs. Its own marketing cookies are not automatically used on our website.

Retention and security

We retain personal information no longer than necessary for its purpose. Basic tax records generally have a seven-year retention period. This does not mean that photos, device codes or all messages are kept for seven years. Photos and repair information have the retention periods described above. Other contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Account information is retained while your account is needed for our services, except information that must be retained on another basis. Information needed for a specific dispute may be retained until that dispute has been resolved.

We protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Within Phone Style, only the owner has access; service providers may have access necessary for their tasks. Do not send full copies of identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in a message.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, you may also object or request restriction or transfer of your information. You may withdraw consent for the future. Contact info@phonestyle.nl to exercise these rights. We may ask you to confirm your identity in an appropriate way.

We generally respond within one month. If a statutory extension is needed, we inform you within that month of the reason and the additional period. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority at https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/.

Changes

We update this policy when our services or processing change. The current policy is published on our website.
